There is a proposed development for some land at the end of Salyer road off of Rodney Drive that would build 4 5000 sq ft homes on 4 acres. The development is on a hill that the residents in the area say has been examined by experts and is unstable (see contours below). Please review the information and consider signing the petition opposing the development.
